Summer Music Camp 2022 is scheduled for the week of July 11-15, 2022, at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church. Registration for the morning “Jammin’ in July” and afternoon “Broadway Bound” sessions opens March 1, 2022. Summer Music Camp is open to children entering grades 1-8. Campers may register for one or both sessions of Music Camp. Music Camp concludes with a performance Friday evening, July 15.
The morning session, “Jammin’ in July,” includes singing and beginning instrumental music classes. The afternoon session, “Broadway Bound,” is a musical theater experience with acting, singing, choreography and presentation of a mini-musical.

Sibling Discounts
Sibling discounts are available. The sibling discount is 10% of the first camper’s fee. This amount is deducted from the sibling camper’s fee. Call 832-425-2329 for information or help. Mail check for the total amount to BAYS, P.O. Box 890264, Houston, TX 77289-0264. The registration may be completed online, but the payment must be made by check mailed to the above P.O. Box.
Tuition reduction is based on a family’s financial status. Free and reduced lunch certification and the first page of 2021 income tax filing are used to certify financial status. In addition to certification of financial status, we request a letter from your child’s teacher certifying your child’s good behavior, a strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a group setting. The teacher may email the letter to bayareayouthsingers@hotmail.com or mail to BAYS, P.O. Box 890264, Houston, TX 77289-0264. We also request a brief letter from the parent regarding the request for reduced tuition. It can be emailed or mailed to the above addresses. Please submit these three items as soon as possible.
