Please donate to the Brenda Varvoutis Memorial Scholarship, dedicated to supporting high school seniors pursuing careers in music education or choral conducting. Established in 2021, this scholarship honors the life and legacy of Brenda Varvoutis, the beloved Artistic Director of the Bay Area Youth Singers who was lost to cancer. Brenda was a master choral educator, a superb pianist, and a skilled flautist who touched countless lives through her artistry. For the past six years, we have proudly awarded a $1,500 scholarship to a deserving student. Our goal is to endow this scholarship, ensuring Brenda’s passion for music education continues to inspire and support future generations of teachers for years to come.Thank you for your generous contribution to this lasting tribute.
